1. Seller

2. Products and prices

All prices are in euros, VAT included (22%). Product images are indicative. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, it being understood that the price applied is the one shown at the time of the order.

3. Order and contract

The order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation sent by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability, manifest pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit/debit card via Stripe. Payment is processed securely with SSL encryption. Card data is never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping

Shipments are made via selected couriers. Delivery times are indicative. See our shipping page for up-to-date details on rates.

6. Returns and withdrawal

You can return the product you bought: the request must be made within 30 days of the item's dispatch, plus 5 days for delivery. Online exchanges are not available at the moment: make a return for a voucher (we pay the shipping) and use the voucher for your new order. The legal right of withdrawal, 14 days from delivery, always applies. For details, see the returns and refunds page.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty. For details, see the warranty page.

8. Limitation of liability

DNA Surf is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, extreme weather events, strikes or other events beyond our control.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction.

10. Alternative dispute resolution

In case of a dispute, you can use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
