All prices are in euros, VAT included (22%). Product images are indicative. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, it being understood that the price applied is the one shown at the time of the order.
The order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation sent by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability, manifest pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Payment is made by credit/debit card via Stripe. Payment is processed securely with SSL encryption. Card data is never stored on our servers.

DNA Surf is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, extreme weather events, strikes or other events beyond our control.
The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction.
