Delivery times

Our store carries products with different availability. The estimated time is always shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

• “Ready to ship” products (DNASurf warehouse): standard preparation takes 2 business days (48 hours), then the parcel ships and delivery follows within 1–3 business days. With Express Preparation, ordering by 10:00 AM on a business day, the parcel ships the same day: 48 hours less waiting. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; the exact dispatch date is always shown at checkout.
• “Made to order” products (supplier warehouse): available in about 7–10 business days.
• You can buy items with different availability in the same order: any split shipment and its delivery times are always shown at checkout.

Couriers

We work with the main national and international couriers, including GLS, FedEx, DHL, UPS and BRT. The courier is chosen based on destination, product type and dispatch warehouse, to offer you the most suitable delivery option.

International shipping

We also ship to Europe and many other countries. Shipping costs, delivery times and any restrictions are always shown at checkout based on the selected destination.

Tracking

When your order is handed to the courier you receive an email with the tracking link. Tracking is generally active from the midnight after handover. You can follow delivery from the courier's link or from the My account section.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed or has not been delivered, contact our support: we follow every shipment through to delivery and open a report with the courier for you.
