How to request a return

1. Sign in to your account and open "My orders".
2. On the order, choose "Request a return", then the option and the items to send back.
3. We reply within 48 business hours: for a voucher return or a defective item we send you the prepaid label, for a refund return the address to ship to with a tracked courier.
4. Follow the request in your account: every step also reaches you by email.
5. Once the goods have reached us and been checked you receive the voucher or the refund; for a defective item, depending on the case, a refund, a voucher or a replacement.

Return conditions

• The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.
• Customized products are not refundable.
• Return for a voucher: we pay the shipping and the voucher is worth what you paid. Return for a refund: we refund the full value, with no deductions; shipping to our warehouse is at your expense.
• Defective or wrong products: choose "Defective or wrong item" within the same deadline; we pay the shipping. After the deadline the legal warranty applies.

Refund

The refund goes to the payment method used for the purchase (card or PayPal); if you paid by bank transfer, by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us in the request. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods; the credit may take 5–10 more business days, depending on the bank. If you return all the goods in the order, we also refund the shipping costs.
