Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from receiving the product to make a return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and with intact packaging.

How to make a return

  1. Open a support ticket from the Support section, selecting the "Return" category.
  2. Provide the order number and the product you want to return.
  3. Our team will send you shipping instructions within 24 business hours.
  4. Ship the product to our warehouse using a trackable courier.
  5. You will receive the refund within 5–10 business days of approval.

Return conditions

  • The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Customized products are not refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products.
  • For defective or incorrect products, return shipping is free.

Refund

The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (credit/debit card via Stripe) within 5–10 business days of the return being approved.

Right of withdrawal (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You can exercise this right by contacting us before the deadline expires.
