Easy returns
The request must be made within 30 days of the item's dispatch, plus 5 days for delivery. With the DNASurf Coupon the return is free: we send you the prepaid label and you get the voucher when the goods reach us. Online exchanges are not available at the moment: make a return for a voucher (we pay the shipping) and use the voucher for your new order.
