Legal warranty (2 years)

The legal warranty covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery. In case of a defect, you are entitled to repair or replacement of the product at no additional cost. If repair and replacement are not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

How to activate the warranty

1. Go to the Support section and open a ticket.
2. Describe the defect with photos and the order number.
3. Our team will assess the request within 2 business days.
4. If accepted, you will receive return instructions (shipping at our expense).

What the warranty does not cover

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
• Normal wear and tear of the product
• Damage caused by drops, impacts or accidents
• Modifications made to the product
• Damage due to incorrect maintenance

Manufacturer's commercial warranty

Some products may benefit from an additional commercial warranty offered directly by the manufacturer. Check the documentation included with the product for details.
