The X_PACE project was born out of a personal demand from some of the o-50 guys in our department. Having been dedicated cam sail racers back in the days the wheel of time took its toll. Lifting a cam-sail being filled with water has simply become a dealbreaker. But these guys still have the speed-skills of being the fastest at their local spot.The biggest hurdle was to generate a similar pre-shaping including a “hump” in the luff panel even without cambers. After 2 years of development we have achieved this with a completely unique shaping concept which induces a similar (pre)shaping into the luff panel like seen on cambered racing sails. This heavy pre-shaping has also led to another decisive advantage as it allows to use either SDM or RDM masts. Usually RDM masts do not work on sails bigger than 6.5 as they are simply too soft. But the pre-shaping of the sail compensates for this to such an extent that there is no loss of performance compared to SDM masts.The X_PACE generates power, acceleration, speed and a locked-in feel that rivals any cambered sail. Versatility is the great strength of the E_PACE: versatile range of use, versatile in a wide range of wind conditions. Thanks to the 3 IN 1 DESIGN with a greatly reduced luff curve, which is almost straight in the upper area, the downhaul tension has a major influence on the loose leech - and in turn on the character of the sail, depending on the trim. The two extremely wide MIN and MAX trim points offer the opportunity to cover an incredibly wide wind range and to give the E_PACE a completely different high- or low end performance and sail feeling. For 2026 the S_PACE has received its biggest update since its introduction in 2020. With the changes implemented we were able to significantly improve the high-end performance as well as the handling (details please see below). However, the unique design principles remain unchanged. The base is the revolutionary 3 IN 1 DESIGN which allows an unprecedented trim range. Adjusting the S_PACE trim for low- or high end conditions fundamentally changes the sail, which makes it possible to achieve maximum performance across all wind conditions: whether V-Max or maximum passive acceleration, the S_PACE is the most versatile cam sail on the market. The S_PACE combines the top performance of the WARP with a very balanced sailing behavior and a much wider range of use. This is achieved through a greatly reduced and almost straight luff curve in the upper area. This causes changes in the luff tension to have a very large effect on the leech. Low downhaul tension results in a quite tight leech, high tension leads to a very pronounced loose leech. That's why the S_PACE shows a completely different high- or low end performance and sail character depending on the trim:On MIN setting with tight leech, it’s supper effective to pump and accelerates very efficiently. On MAX trim, however, the S_PACE feels very similar to the WARP, constantly getting faster without limits. Our unique hex-screw length-adjustable HYPER CAMS 2.0 allow to find your personal sweet spot between maximum performance and smooth rotation - even under full sail tension. Particularly noticeable is the highly tapered luff sleeve in the AERO SLEEVE DESIGN 2.0. Its width in the aerodynamically important boom area enables the optimal transition from the “thick” mast leading edge to the “thin” sail body. However, at the top of the sail the luff sleeve has remained relatively narrow to enable fast water starts. FOLLOWING UP ON THE COMPLETE REDESIGNED FROM 2024 FEATURING AN INCREASED LUFF CURVE AND REDUCED HEAD GEOMETRY FOR IMPROVED FLIGHT CONTROL AND WIND RANGE The WARP_FOIL extends our PWA and IFCA fin slalom champion sail range. It’s a specific and highly advanced foil design suited for foil racers looking for something that complements the low-drag of the hydrofoil. Compared to traditional fin sailing you have approximately 70% lower drag on the foil. Therefore it requires a totally different sail design (profile, twist pattern, aspect ratio) to match the low-drag hydrofoils.The design of the 20.24 represented a milestone, as we were able to massively improve the wind range (= improved average speed) and the flight control in the upper range (= improved V-Max). To achieve this we significantly increased the luff curve and reduced the head size. A shortened boom length and the incorporation of a massive double-foil sleeve size were further key design elements.The WARP_FOIL 2024 concept has proven to be super competitive, so we decided to build on its success with an evolved version. Last year we have updated the batten configuration to a stiffer setup with a slightly flatter entry which enhanced the control in stronger winds and improved top speed across all sizes.For 2026 we introduce a new mast-sleeve construction in all sizes: > Less movement in the sail especially in the high-end >> more stability> Less drag> Better accelerationIn our eyes, the WARP_FOIL 20.26 redefines the benchmark of the control to performance to wind-range ratio. But how could we achieve a board that works in such a wide range of conditions, with such a broad range of user levels?Firstly, the BLITZ follows the same VOLUME YET CONTROL CONCEPT like the EAGLE. This means you can easily choose a 10 liter bigger board compared to other brands without losing any control in overpowered conditions. By gaining some more liters, the board feels more stable underfoot in non-planing conditions, and also gets planing sooner than boards with less liters without compromising the high-end performance and control. Additionally the BLITZ can be gybed aggressively in experienced hands but also feels easy and smooth for intermediate riders due to the wide tail. This allows you a steady progression through all levels of the jibing process, without ever “out-growing” the board.
