Duotone Wing Tail D/LAB

Our D/LAB Carbon tails are the rear part of the fuselage which fit onto all our D/LAB front wings. Once connected by the “invisible” M6 bolt, they could fool you into thinking that our glider was one single carbon part.The unique trick is our clever design which hides under the mast, the bolt used to connect the tail part with the front wing. By doing this, we can eliminate the traditional extra bolt heads which are exposed on all our competitor’s foils with similar semi glider concepts.The D/LAB tails are available in three lengths. A shorter 37cm piece, which once connected to a front wing is the equivalent of our 60cm fuselage, a 43cm piece, which matches the 66cm fuselage, and a 47cm piece matching a 70cm fuselage.Pick the 37 tail for a more exciting ride and the possibility to draw tighter turns or settle for the 43 tail for the perfect mix of manoeuvrability and control. The 47cm tail ensures maximum stability at high speeds, perfectly matched with our Blitz D/LAB but also compatible with all other D/LAB foils.An additional 4th M6 screw can be used on the Blitz D/LAB wings, ensuring the tails stability and even more control in high speeds. All other D/LAB gliders will come with a perfectly fitted plug to close the additional 4th screw hole.The carbon construction of the D/LAB tails not only guarantees a hassle-free maintenance, but the strong connection to the front wing via two M8 plus one M6 (37cm & 43cm) or two M6 (47cm) bolts ensures that the complete assembly is as stiff as a single part glider, such as the ones found on our Daytona foils.! Along with the new Whizz SLS front wings we’ve developed a new range of stabilizers to best match the character of the Whizz. The outline of the Stabilizer S, with very little sweep and a slight dihedral angle gives these back wings a really fun and loose feel. The profile used is completely different to our P or C stabs and really helps in making the whole setup much better at pumping while maintaining maximum playfulness.

Our new PX stabiliser range replaces our previous Range of P Stabs. The stabs look almost identical; the only thing we've changed is the twist in the profile, from the root chord to the tips.Although this might sound insignificant, our team actually found that this small tweak improved just about every aspect of the P stabs.Better pitch control, more manoeuvrability and improved pumping.The PX sizes come in a slightly smaller surface area than the P.PX160 replaces P165PX175 replaces P180PX195 replaces P200Expect a little less front foot pressure when changing from the P to the slightly smaller PX. The PX pairs perfectly with our new Carve 3.0 range but can also be used with any of our other front wings: Glide, Glide 2.0, Carve, Whizz, specially if you want to improve the general performance of your foil for high speed winging and kitefoiling or when you are tackling bigger and faster waves.
