The mast cup offers 2 points of contact between the cup and the mast, creating a tight connection and ensuring high power transmission. The V shape adapts to variations in standard tube diameters. Slightly thinner masts sit deeper in the V, while wider masts sit further out from it. The VT gasket is standard on all NeilPryde masts.
