The EVA-coated plastic inserts ensure a good grip and require less effort, especially for beginners. Adjustable on both ends: this ensures an ideal fit (the uphaul rope should sit tight around the mast without being pre-stretched) to guarantee perfect leverage. The elastic ring at the bottom can be easily replaced (instead of wearing out). The Dyneema rope at the top end virtually eliminates wear.
