This latest version opens more on the top of the sail with more luff roundand a lowered border. With a change in the angle of the top battens, the new Gold Foil develops a little less power in the low end but holds up much better in the max.
The range of use is extended. With minimal drag and high flight stability, performances are optimized.
Just like on the Gold, we have used the new screen material, the Pentex, which, when used on the sleeve, gives flexibility to the sail while allowing a weight gain of 15 to 20% without sacrificing strength.
